This workshop is presented by Brenton Kirschner, a Gottman Level 3 trained therapist with advanced training in adult attachment, trauma treatment, dyadic healthcare, EMDR, and addiction recovery. Brenton is the Clinical Director at The Regroup in Rogers, Arkansas. He specializes in couples therapy, trauma recovery, attachment based work, and healthcare professional support. Brenton has advanced training in the Gottman Method, Adult Attachment Interview and Reflective Functioning, Dyadic Healthcare models, EMDR, addiction recovery, and narrative based approaches to meaning making.

He is the creator of The Attuned Catalyst Protocol, a framework that blends assessment, attachment science, and coaching practices to help clients create lasting change in the ways they lead and love. His relational style is collaborative, structured, and grounded in evidence based care.
