Clinical Director at The Regroup
We launched Regroup Counseling’s Rogers, AR location in 2021 and have successfully grown the clinic into a thriving practice of multiple therapists. My role blends clinical leadership, program development, community engagement, and operational management to support the long‑term growth of the clinic.
Key Contributions & Responsibilities:
1. Established the Rogers location, building clinical capacity to a multi‑therapist practice.
2. Developed strong referral networks with medical providers, spiritual leaders, school and community partners, and other allied professionals.
3. Created and expanded specialty service lines in couples therapy, addiction, attachment work, trauma-focused modalities, and registered play therapy, helping define the clinic’s identity and clinical strengths.
4. Provide case staffing, consultation, and mentorship to therapists.
5. Lead recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding for new clinicians as the clinic continues to scale.
6. Provided support and collaboration on marketing strategies, community outreach, and brand development efforts.
7. Manage day‑to‑day clinic operations, workflows, and team communication.
8. Guide long‑term clinical programming and contribute to strategic growth initiatives for the Rogers location.

Provided specialized trauma and addiction therapy at Capstone Treatment Center, a 90-day intensive treatment program serving high-acuity cases. Delivered individualized care and led dynamic group sessions focused on emotional regulation, resilience, and recovery. Integrative Attachment Therapy Three Pillars Model:

Integrative Attachment Therapy (IAT) is an evidence-based therapeutic model developed by Daniel Brown, PhD, and David Elliott, PhD, and outlined in their award-winning book Attachment Disturbances in Adults: Treatment for Comprehensive Repair (2016). This approach is designed to repair attachment disturbances in adults by integrating principles of attachment theory, developmental psychology, and trauma-informed care. IAT combines structured protocols with experiential techniques to help clients rebuild a sense of security and connection that was disrupted in early life.
